At OCBC, we believe that having a knowledgeable, encouraging specialist in your home can make all the difference in recovering from your delivery. We will be there with you in those first several days to make the transition to breastfeeding and infant care as stress-free and seamless as possible.

Our postpartum care specialists will help you peacefully enter into your new role of caring for your infant. We will cover basic newborn care, provide breastfeeding support, and help you and your infant to sleep better at night.
We understand that the first few days of breastfeeding can be daunting and often require additional support. We will be there to teach and guide you through any challenges that arise. I had so much anxiety about breastfeeding and making sure my daughter was getting enough to eat, I mean at the end of the day it’s our responsibility whether our babies get enough food. I was logging every feeding, every wet/dirty diaper tracking how much she weighed before and after feeding and still stressing about everything. Jamie came to the house and comforted me in all the ways I needed. She listened to my fears, what I was stressing out about, and gave me a guideline and plan to focus on. She helped remove all the stress that I had put on myself and allowed me to relax and enjoy that bonding time with my daughter, that is so very special and unique.
